What Diwaller does
A growing channel receives more comments than a team can read. Diwaller reads all of them, surfaces what matters, and leaves the final decision to a person.
One inbox
Comments from every connected account arrive in a single queue, whatever platform they came from.
AI classification
Each comment is categorised: spam, harassment, hate speech, genuine question, supportive message.
Moderation queue
The operator sees the comment, its category and its context, then chooses an action — or chooses none.
Audit log
Every action sent to a platform is recorded with the operator's identity and a timestamp.
Supported platforms
- YouTube — reading and moderating comments on connected channels.
- Facebook and Instagram — reading and moderating comments on connected Pages and professional accounts.
- TikTok — account connection available. Comment moderation is being rolled out: our application for access to the TikTok Accounts API is under review.
In every case, Diwaller only accesses accounts that the customer owns and has personally authorised through the platform's official account-holder authorisation flow. No access is possible without that explicit authorisation, and the customer can revoke it at any time.
How it works
- The customer authorises their own account The creator or brand connects an account they own through the platform's official authorisation flow. Diwaller requests only the permissions required to read and moderate comments.
- Diwaller reads the posts and their comments The platform retrieves the list of videos or posts on that account, then the comments attached to them.
- The AI classifies; it does not act A language model assigns a category and a severity level to each comment. This step triggers no action whatsoever on the source platform.
- A human operator decides The comment appears in the moderation queue. The operator decides: hide, reply, or do nothing. Nothing is sent without that click.
- The action is executed and logged Diwaller passes the decision to the platform and records the operation in an audit log the customer can inspect.
A human always decides
Diwaller performs no automated and no bulk moderation. There is no "delete everything the AI flags as toxic" mode. Every write call sent to a social platform originates from an operator clicking a button in the dashboard, for one specific comment.
We also respect what each platform permits. A comment posted by a third party can be hidden; it is never deleted. Only comments posted by the connected account itself can be deleted by that account.
Data, privacy and deletion
- Per-customer isolation. Each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's at the database level. No cross-customer access is possible.
- Purpose limitation. Retrieved comments are used solely to populate the moderation queue of the customer concerned. They are never sold, transferred, or used to train models.
- Deletion. When a customer disconnects an account or requests deletion of their data, all data obtained from the platform concerned is deleted.
